123mo Privacy Policy

Your privacy is not a checkbox for us — it is a real commitment. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal information 123mo collects from Filipino players, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, and what rights you hold over your own data.

Last updated: 1 July 2025 Applies to: Philippines Aligned with RA 10173
Our Privacy Commitments at a Glance

These six principles summarise how 123mo approaches data privacy for every Filipino player. The full policy detail follows in the sections below.

We Only Collect What We Need

123mo collects personal information strictly for the purposes of running your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, and keeping the platform secure. We do not collect data speculatively or build profiles unrelated to your use of the service.

Your Data Is Never Sold

123mo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers — ever. Sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary for them to perform specific functions on our behalf, under strict contractual obligations.

Encrypted and Securely Stored

All personal data held by 123mo is protected using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. Access to player data within our systems is role-restricted and logged. We conduct regular security reviews to maintain protection standards.

Philippine Law First

This Privacy Policy is written in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your rights as a Filipino data subject are fully respected.

You Are in Control

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also object to certain processing activities and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 123mo will act on any valid request within the timeframe required by law.

Minimal Data Retention

123mo does not hold your personal data any longer than necessary. Retention periods are linked to specific legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Data that is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose is securely deleted or anonymised on a defined schedule.

1Who We Are and How to Read This Policy

123mo is an online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), 123mo acts as the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") with respect to the personal data of registered players and site visitors. This means 123mo determines the purposes for which personal data is collected and the means by which it is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the 123mo website at 123mo.app, the 123mo mobile-optimised platform, any related applications, and all communications between 123mo and its registered players — including customer support interactions, email communications, and marketing messages where applicable.

If you are a registered 123mo player, this policy applies to you. If you visit 123mo.app without registering, certain sections — particularly those relating to cookies and technical data — still apply to your visit. Please read the whole policy before registering if you have any questions about how your data will be handled.

Sharing is strictly limited to circumstances where it is necessary to deliver the 123mo service, comply with a legal obligation, or protect the safety and integrity of the platform. The categories of third parties who may receive your data are:

  • Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, Visa/Mastercard acquiring banks, and InstaPay/PESONet network participants receive the payment data necessary to process your transactions. These parties are subject to their own privacy policies and Philippine financial regulations.
  • Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC service providers receive identity and document data strictly for the purpose of verifying your identity in line with regulatory requirements. They are bound by contractual data processing agreements.

All third-party service providers who receive personal data from 123mo are contractually required to process that data only for the specific purpose for which it was shared, maintain adequate security measures, and comply with Philippine data privacy law.

6Cookies and Tracking Technologies

123mo uses cookies and similar technologies on its platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the platform function correctly, maintain your session, and collect information about how the platform is used.

The types of cookies used by 123mo include:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in while you're using 123mo. They cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, last-used game category, and display options. These make the platform feel more personal and reduce the need to re-enter preferences on every visit.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help 123mo understand how players use the platform — which pages are visited most, where players encounter difficulties, and how they navigate between game categories. This data is aggregated and anonymised.
  • Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, and unauthorised access attempts. These are essential to maintaining the safety of every 123mo player account.

123mo does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use the platform.

7How Long We Keep Your Data

123mo retains personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulations. The general retention periods are:

  • Active Account Data: Held for the duration of your active 123mo account relationship plus any legally required period following account closure.
  • Financial Records and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations under RA 9160.
  • Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the verification event or account closure, whichever is later.
  • Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless the record relates to an unresolved dispute or legal matter in which case it is held until the matter is fully resolved.
  • Marketing Consent Records: Held until you withdraw consent, after which the withdrawal record itself is retained as evidence of the consent status change.
  • Technical and Analytical Data: Typically anonymised or deleted within twelve (12) months.

When data has reached the end of its applicable retention period and is no longer required for any legal or regulatory purpose, 123mo securely deletes or anonymises it.

8How We Protect Your Data

123mo takes the security of your personal data seriously. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to protect player data held on our systems:

  • All data transmitted between your device and 123mo is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Do not use 123mo over unencrypted connections.
  • Personal data stored on 123mo systems is encrypted at rest using current industry standards.
  • Access to personal data within 123mo is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff with access to sensitive data receive privacy and security training.
  • All access to production data systems is logged and monitored. Anomalous access patterns trigger automatic alerts.
  • 123mo conducts regular internal and third-party security reviews. Identified vulnerabilities are remediated promptly.
  • In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to the rights of affected players, 123mo will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected players in accordance with the timeframes required by RA 10173.

10Children and Minors

123mo is strictly an adult platform. No person under 21 years of age is permitted to register an account or use any service on the platform. 123mo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years old.

If 123mo becomes aware that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions voided, and any remaining balance returned to the payment method of origin after investigation. Any personal data collected in connection with such an account will be securely deleted.

If you believe a minor may have registered on 123mo, please contact our support team immediately at support@123mo.app so that the matter can be investigated and resolved promptly.

11Marketing Communications

With your consent, 123mo may send you marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new game launches, and other platform updates via email or SMS to your registered mobile number. Consent for marketing is opt-in — you will never be enrolled in marketing communications without actively agreeing to receive them.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Updating your communication preferences in your 123mo account settings.
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every marketing email.
  • Contacting 123mo support and requesting removal from marketing lists.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages, which are sent to you as a necessary part of your account relationship with 123mo (e.g. deposit confirmations, password reset emails, important account notices).

12Cross-Border Data Transfers

Certain technology service providers and infrastructure partners used by 123mo may operate servers or process data in locations outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 123mo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to Philippine law requirements.

Such safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements that incorporate the data protection standards required under RA 10173. 123mo will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction with materially inadequate data protection standards without first implementing additional protective measures.

If you wish to know more about the specific cross-border transfers that apply to your data and the safeguards in place, you may contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

123mo may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, platform features, or applicable law. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or how your data is used — 123mo will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the 123mo platform before the change takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are always aware of the current policy. Your continued use of 123mo after a policy update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised terms.
