1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 123mo ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the 123mo website, or using any service provided through the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and features available on 123mo, including but not limited to: Baccarat, Pusoy, Live Casino, Football Betting, Fishing Games, Sabong, and any future game categories or platform services that may be introduced. Where separate game-specific or promotion-specific rules exist, those rules apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules will take precedence over these general Terms for the matter to which they specifically apply.

2Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on 123mo, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or details belonging to another person.

The following eligibility requirements apply to all 123mo player accounts:

3Deposits

All deposits to your 123mo account must be made through the approved payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit. Approved methods currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. This list may be updated periodically.

All funds deposited on 123mo are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside123mo's control.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 123mo wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the sending bank.
• 123mo does not accept deposits made in cash or through cryptocurrency.
• 123mo is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available123mo wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within one (1) hour. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending identity verification. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal of funds may be subject to wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Please refer to Section 6 for details.

5Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all game categories on 123mo. Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface and should be read before placing a bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 123mo does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a game-specific rule explicitly permits it.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, or room.
• Bets placed during a technical error or system malfunction may be voided at 123mo's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Results produced by 123mo's games are generated by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or determined by real-world events (for live casino and sabong). 123mo does not influence outcomes.
• For sabong and live casino events streamed from physical venues, the official result declared at the venue is final and binding on all related bets placed through123mo.
• For football betting, results are determined based on the official result at full time (90 minutes plus stopage time) unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — where an offered price is clearly the result of a technical or human error — may be voided by 123mo. Players will be notified and stakes returned.

6Bonuses and Promotions

123mo may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback rewards, and referal incentives to players from time to time. The availability, terms, and duration of each offer will be set out in the specific promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless123mo explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit any bonus — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• 123mo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• The Refer a Friend programme operates under its own specific terms available at123mo.app/refer-a-friend. General bonus terms apply except where the Refer a Friend-specific terms state otherwise.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123mo. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Registering more than one account under any identity, device, address, or payment method.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winings resulting from known exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or card game formats.
• Using the 123mo platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false or fraudulent identification, address, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account, the123mo administrative systems, or any restricted portion of the platform without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 123mo staff or other players through the platform's communication channels.

8Responsible Gaming

By registering an account with 123mo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of the123mo service.

• 123mo will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy law.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 123mo platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, interfaces, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of 123mo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the 123mo platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any 123mo content without prior written permission from 123mo. Unauthorised use of 123mo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123mo's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

123mo shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 123mo's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or authorised third-party access to their account.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the 123mo platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the player's bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 123mo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Account Suspension and Termination

123mo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Registration or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• A player's request to close their own account or activate self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a verified player violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 123mo's discretion. Where closure is due to circumstances other than player misconduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 123mo account may do so at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13Changes to These Terms

123mo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where change is material — meaning it significantly alters a player's rights or obligations — 123mo will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Notice will be provided via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor or clarificatory changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice, with the updated Terms taking effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of 123mo after updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes between a player and 123mo that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are required to attempt resolution through 123mo's internal dispute process by contacting support in writing and allowing123mo a reasonable period — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — to investigate and respond to the complaint. 123mo will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
